Co-Enzyme -Q-10 in ALS   Eligibility     Male and female age 21-85 with first onset of ALS symptoms within 5 years. Exclusion criteria include uncontrolled diabetes and breathing capacity less than 60%.         Participant Involvement     Screening will involve lab work, physical exam, medical history, breathing test, several questionnaires, and a neurological exam. Visits will occur monthly at first and then every 2 months for 10 months of participation.
